Workforce Development
By equipping individuals with the skills and tools they need, Opportunité helps bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. Our programs include career coaching, life coaching, and specialized workforce training to prepare people for meaningful employment and lifelong success.
Comprehensive Career Services
Through our Empowerment Programs, adults, dislocated workers and youth gain access to career services that include:
Eligibility and Registration: Assistance with eligibility determination and registration to ensure every individual can participate in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs.
Individualized Career Planning: Development of personalized employment plans (IEPs) to identify goals, strategies, and resources that support career success.
Supportive Services: Needs-based assistance to help participants overcome barriers to employment, such as transportation, childcare, and financial aid.
Work Experience Opportunities: Structured, time-limited internships, transitional jobs, and work-based learning experiences to build skills and establish employment history.
Follow-Up Services: Continued support for at least 12 months to help participants maintain and grow in their employment.

Individual Training Accounts (ITAs): Access to a list of eligible training providers offering high-quality programs to help participants make informed decisions.
Upskilling Programs: Opportunities for incumbent workers to develop new skills and advance their careers.
Apprenticeships and Work-Based Learning: Guidance in establishing or participating in registered apprenticeship programs and on-the-job training.
Coaching and Training

For individuals impacted by layoffs or industry closures, we offer:
